Friendly staff will greet you on arrival and show you to your seats. Although the menu for afternoon tea may vary slightly across locations, at all venues guests are offered a selection of finger sandwiches, scones and / or either cakes or fine pastries to enjoy with their tea.

Group Size: This package is for you and one other guest, although other customers will be using the tea room or restaurant when you visit.

Generally you will spend an hour at the venue, but there is no set time.

This experience is available Monday to Sunday in most locations, dependent on availability, throughout the year.

We advise planning 3-4 weeks in advance. However, availability varies through the year depending on demand.

You are welcome to bring family and friends, but they will need to pay on the day.

You will receive a presentation voucher pack containing a voucher (valid for 9 months from date of purchase), background reading on the Traditional Afternoon Tea for Two and details of how to book a date.

Public Liability insurance for £10m is included, along with Personal Accident Insurance for up to £50,000. Details are enclosed within the voucher pack.

Your voucher pack will be sent via 1st class post, or you can request our 48 Hour Guaranteed Delivery service for an additional charge. Please allow 3-5 working days for 1st class delivery and 2 working days for the 48 Hour service.

In the event of your activity being cancelled a new date will be arranged.
