The session starts with an introduction to scuba skills and familiarisation with the equipment. Once this has taken place the PADI professional instructor takes you into the water. Typically you will learn how to breathe underwater, clear water from your mask,and to recover your regulator. You will have a great time experimenting with buoyancy control and swimming through the water almost weightlessly.

Group Size: There'll be a maximum of nine other people in your group.

Your experience will last approximately 2 - 3 hours.

You will need to have general fitness. This activity is not suitable if you suffer from chronic asthma or for those with heart conditions. If in doubt please consult your doctor. You will need to fill in a self assessment health declaration.
To do this activity you must be at least 10 years old, however, for the Harrogate location, the minimum age is 15 years
You need to be a confident swimmer to participate.

Monday - Sunday (selected dates depending on the location), all year.

We advise planning 3-4 weeks in advance. However, availability varies through the year depending on demand.

This experience is for one person to enjoy.
