Depending on the season and your chosen venue, you will have different themes to choose from, such as Italian, Indian, French, Japanese, Knife Skills, Moroccan, Paella, Seafood, Sushi, Tapas, Thai or Stress-Free Dinner Parties.

Your day will begin with a warm welcome and then a meet and greet with your experienced cookery tutor. They will explain the days programme and answer any questions you may have. After this it's time for the fun, hands on cooking. Pull your apron on and start cooking. Once completed you will be able to either sit down and enjoy you cooking or pack it up and take it home as a takeaway. The itinery can vary depending on location.

Group size will vary according to location but will be between 4 - 30 people per class.

Each school will offer different lessons and themes to chose from these can vary depending on the time of year. Please enquire when booking your date with the school.

The lesson can last from 2½ to 5 hours at the venue, depending on the course and location.
