This great full day Indian cookery course takes you through essential traditional Indian recipes, including party dishes, vegetarian main courses and some unusual and delicious side dishes. You’ll learn how to use spices and aromatic herbs so you can season with confidence and all participants will try a hands-on cookery session, plus there will be a comprehensive cooking demonstration from the experienced chef teaching the group. Soft drinks, lunch, tea and coffee are included with this package.

Group Size: There will be 10 people on the course.

You will spend 5 - 6½ hours at the venue, depending on the location.

You must not attend if you have a stomach upset, but you may be able to re-book subject to presenting a doctors certificate. Please advise of any food or wine allergies when booking, or if you are diabetic, pregnant or a vegetarian.
The minimum age for participants is 16 years.
Experience or qualifications are not required to enjoy this activity.

This course is available on selected dates, throughout the year.

We advise planning 3-4 weeks in advance. However, availability varies through the year depending on demand.

Unfortunately, you cannot bring spectators to watch.
