After a safety briefing to familiarise you with the craft, you will be shown the controls and driving techniques needed. You then get the chance, under the supervision of an instructor, to take to the controls. You may even, depending on location, show your newly found skills off by completing an obstacle course. The activity may take place on grass, mud, sand or water.

You will then move to the BP challenge, a series of obstacles and gates to maneuver the craft around.

Group Size: There'll be a maximum of 20 other people in your group.

Your activity will last a maximum of 3 hours at the venue (roughly 40 minutes at the controls).

Sandwich (Kent), Sharnford, Nr Hinckley (Leicestershire), St Neots (Cambridgeshire)

You will need to have general fitness and be able bodied to take part in this experience.
To participate in this activity you must be at least 17 years old.
There are no qualifications or experience required.

This experience is available on selected dates, from April to October.

We advise planning 3-4 weeks in advance. However, availability varies through the year depending on demand.

You're welcome to bring family and friends along to watch you.

You will receive a presentation voucher pack containing a voucher (valid for 9 months from date of purchase), background reading on the Half Day Hovercraft Driving and details of how to book a date.

Public Liability insurance for £10m is included, along with Personal Accident Insurance for up to £50,000. Details are enclosed within the voucher pack.
