Your first flying lesson begins with a pre-flight briefing from your instructor. The light aircraft's controls will be introduced, as well as what your 60 minute lesson will involve. You will then get to examine the aircraft from propeller to tail. Once in the cockpit your instructor will pilot the plane during take-off, then teach you some basic manoeuvres. Once comfortable in the air you will take control of the steering and experience flying a plane for yourself! The instructor is on hand to assist in this twin steering aircraft, and will also land the plane for you.

The 60 minute lesson includes take off and landing.

Group Size: Tuition is on a one to one basis.

This experience may not be suitable for participants who are pregnant or suffer from recurrent fainting, fits, epilepsy, giddiness, blackouts, high blood pressure, severe head injuries, diabetes or heart conditions. Maximum weight is 14 to 17st (89kg to 108kg) depending on location.
Participants must be aged at least 16 to take the lesson with under 18 years being accompanied by an adult.
No previous flying experience is necessary.

Lessons can only be taken Monday to Thursdays all year although April to September is best.

We advise to book 3-4 weeks in advance. However, availability can vary throughout the year.

You are welcome to bring along family and friends to watch you take to the sky.
