If you enjoyed playing soldiers when you were younger then this is your chance to play it again but this time the tanks and guns are real! Drive military machines over rough and rugged ground and learn the art of SAS patrolling and then have the chance to crush a car at the end of this exciting session.
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to operate some of the world’s most powerful tanks and military vehicles? If the answer is yes, then this could well be the perfect corporate day for you. It is an amazing experience and the perfect place to bring your employees or work colleagues along for a day of team building and military action that they are guaranteed never to forget.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your designated instructors for the day and provided with bacon sandwiches, tea and coffee to set you up for the day. Once breakfast is over with, you will all be kitted out with full camouflage overalls and helmets, before you are given a full safety briefing for the day’s events. Then the tank driving fun can really begin. First you will learn to operate the fully amphibious Hagglund bv 206 and the Lance Nuclear Missile Carrier. Then you will move onto the second activity of the day, you can either attempt to fire a 17th century fusilier flintlock musket or be trained by Ex Regiment SAS members in the art of SAS Woodland patrol.
After lunch it's then onto operation three, which will involve controlling a 17 ton tank Abbot Gun Tank and the troops favourite, the impressive 432 Carrier. Your final activity of the day for the group will be a fascinating Armoury Lecture from an ex SAS armourer in the armoury department, this really is an amazing talk which will really open your eyes to the weapons available to the troops.
