This former RAF airfield saw action during the Battle of Britain and is steeped in history. Today, Duxford is one of Europe's best aviation museums where you'll see an amazing collection of over 150 historic aircraft ranging from spitfires and biplanes to Concorde.

The voucher holder will take off from Duxford airfield and will experience an unforgetable 30 minute flight the amazing Tiger Moth. Beginning with a pre-flight safety briefing, you'll then take your seat in the Tiger Moth and it's up up and away for your hands on lesson but don't forget to enjoy the countryside below!
This experience also includes free entry to the Imperial War Museum for the holder of the voucher.

Before the flight you will be given a leather jacket, goggles and helmet. Please wear warm and comfortable clothes with soft soled shoes. It is recommended that ladies wear trousers instead of skirts. During winter it is advised that additional layers are worn as these aircraft are not heated.

Please allow approximately one hour for the experience itself but you can spend as much time around the museum as you like until the closing time. Voucher holders should arrive 45 minutes before their flight time.

All flights operate from March through to October.

The minimum age is 16 yrs.
The maximum height is 6' 4".
The maximum weight is 16 Stone
There are no specific medical requirements but the flight is exhilarating and so if you are in doubt please contact your doctor first.

Flights can be affected by weather conditions. If, due to poor weather, you cannot fly then an alternative date will be arranged.

Spectators are welcome but there is a charge to enter the museum.

Please arrive at the airfield 15 minutes before your experience begins.
Entrance to the Imperial War Museum is included for the voucher holder.
