This half day cookery course in the art preparing and cooking South East Asian food is hosted by celebrated chef Angela Malik at her New Flavours of the Eastern World Cook School. Whatever your level of cooking ability, you’ll gain in confidence and experiment with some truly exciting Asian dishes. The course is offered in the heart of West London.

You are welcomed with tea or coffee and briefed on agenda for the day. Then head to the professional catering kitchen for the cooking to begin. You will prepare and cook a selection of delicious dishes to eat with your fellow students or take home to your family and friends. The final course is accompanied with wine being served. As there will be up to only 15 other class members, participants receive plenty of individual tutoring.

Courses include refreshments, all ingredients, tasting, recipes and notes to take home, plus wine with the lunch you will have prepared.
