Held in Manchester and Merseyside, the course will show you how to master essential chocolate making skills so you can take your hand-made exquisite chocolates home with you to impress friends and family. You are greeted by your friendly Chocolatier who will brief you on the workshop and tell you about the history of chocolate. Then you will sample the delicious confections of the Chocolatier before indulging your creative side to create specially designed Belgian chocolate masterpieces. The class includes dipping centres in chocolate and decorating with delicious toppings before taking them home in a beautiful ribbon-tied box.
