This superb sightseeing flight will give you a unique bird’s eye view of the ancient, world-famous city of Cambridge. After take-off we’ll fly you north at an altitude of 1500ft, and once above the city all its breathtaking spires will be laid out below, including the spectacular pinnacles of King's College Chapel, as the River Cam meanders through the university’s gardens. You'll then fly on to Ely’s Romanesque cathedral, and the well-known Newmarket racecourse before heading back to Duxford, where you’ll have the chance to explore the Imperal War Museum.

Customers purchasing this experience will receive a voucher which will remain valid for 10 months, during which time you can make your booking for your special day direct with the operator. Your voucher will entitle one person to fly. Sorry, but we can only take over 16s on these flights. You can take to the skies most Wednesdays, and every weekend from March until October. There is a maximum weight limit of 20st which applies to all passengers. Your voucher also gives you free entry to Duxford’s Imperial War Museum.
Flights do depend on the weather, and we can’t fly if the conditions don’t allow it. Please ring the centre before you leave for the airfield to check you will get the chance to fly. Don’t worry though, if we do need to cancel your trip it will be rearranged. Should you wish to bring any spectators they will need to pay to get into the museum where they can watch you become airborne. You’ll be able to buy refreshments at the airfield.
