This fantastic half day Thai cookery course will show you how to use simple ingredients to make delicious and impressive Thai dishes. From rice and aromatic herbs and spices to fresh fish and vegetables, you’ll be confident in selecting and preparing great ingredients. The course commences at 10:00am with a spice trail, during which you will learn about the spices and herbs that are an essential ingredient to Thai cuisine. With only six students per class you will have plenty of hands-on cooking, individual tutoring from your expert chef and spend half a day in a fun and relaxing atmosphere. The itinerary includes:
