This cookery course is ideal for those who want to do more in the kitchen. Using easily sourced ingredients, a professional chef will show you how to prepare delicious meals for you, friends and family to enjoy. Classes are held at the L’Atelier des Chefs’ teaching kitchen in London, where product seasons and tips on preparing dishes from across the globe are also discussed. After the lesson participants can enjoy the food that they have prepared in the dining area accompanied with a glass of wine.

Your lesson will last for approximately two hours and be held by a professional chef. During the cooking session you will make three dishes; these recipes will be emailed to you after the class so that you can recreate them in your home kitchen. After the class you can enjoy your meal with a complimentary glass of wine around the large dining table (alternatively you may take the meals away with you). Participants will receive a £10 voucher towards another cooking class plus an apron to keep. You will be able to purchase food, books and kitchenware from the onsite shop.
