I recently had some trouble where my order was confirmed twice, so i rang the customer help desk, where a lady named Michelle was extremely helpful, and sorted out the problem immediately, meaning I did not get charged for both. I was very pleased with this service and will definately recommend the website to friends.

When purchasing and ordering wine many of us are reluctant to experiment with new wines and will frequently revert back to our default choice of bottle over the festive period.
