Surfing Experiences

Master some waves with this full day surfing experience under the guidance of the qualified instructors.

It is time to feel like Kelly Slater, Tom Curren, Taj Burrow or Mick Fanning for a day. Obviously, you won’t be able to surf like a professional right after this lesson, but you will most definitely feel the same sensations and at the same time learn impressive skills.

Spend time in the water, learning how to ride the waves with an expert instructor who will help you acquire the basics of this popular and thrilling sport. From surf paddling to duck diving, from standing up to surfing broken waves and even understanding the ocean’s behaviour, you will get full training. If you are keen to learn this cool sport, your instructor will teach you what you need to know to go on and practice on your own next time.

Amateurs are welcome as the course will vary according to your level. With beautiful locations available these experiences will make your day and it is 100 per cent likely that you will come back for more.

Half Day Surfing Lesson - £30

Suitable for all levels of surfers, this half day class will help to give even the most inexperienced surfer the opportunity to take to their board and hit the waves with confidence.

Enjoy on the beach techniques with your instructor.
You group will compromise of others of a similar ability.
Techniques for paddling, turning and standing will be taught.
Everything taught will help to build your confidence when in the water.
Your lesson will last 2 hours.

The hire of equipment will be included.
All instructors are BSA, RNLI and CRB checked.

O'Neill Full Day Surfing - £40

Master some waves with this full day surfing experience under the guidance of the O'Neill surf instructors.

Beginning at 9:30 am you will change into your wetsuit and grab a board.
Before hitting the water you will receive a 20 minute lesson on the basics of surfing.
Your first session in the water will last around 2 hours.
At 12:30 pm you'll break for lunch (price not included).
At 2 pm you'll have another lesson on the sand before heading back to the water.
At 4:30 pm the day will end with a certificate presentation.
All lessons will be tailored to your ability.

Voucher valid for 10 months for one person.

You will need to bring warm clothes, a towel, suncream, money for lunch or your own food.
Min age - 8 years (under 16's will need consent and for the parent to stay in the bay).

Competent swimming is necessary.
This is weather dependent.
All rules must be followed.
If intoxicated you will not be allowed to take part.
A medical declaration must be signed.

Full Day Surfing Experience - £57

Take on the waves with this thrilling surfing experience, learn the basics of the sport and see if you've got what it takes to tackle the ocean.

This is a full day experience running from 9am to 4pm.
The lesson will be tailored to your needs.
A fully qualified instructor will be by your side the entire day.
Learn how to surf broken waves, paddle, duck dive and stand on your board.
Suitable for complete beginners.

Voucher valid for 10 months for one person.
Min age - 10 years.
You must be 'water confident' and able to swim 200m.
There are no height or weight restrictions.
If cancelled due to bad weather another date will be rebooked.

Learn to Surf for Two - £69

Learn to surf at some of the UK’s best and most gorgeous beaches. You’ll be taught essential techniques like vigorous paddling, popping into a standing pose and committing yourself to massive waves! Expert instructors are on hand to show you and your friend the essentials in a day of surfing fun that’ll leave you both smiling for days!

Voucher valid for 9 months for two people.
Learn to surf at some of the UK’s best beaches.
Spend time learning the required techniques on the beach before hitting the water.
Fully qualified instructors will train you.
All equipment will be provided.
Please allow 3 hours for your experience.

Voucher valid for 9 months for two people.
Min age - 8 years (under 18’s should be accompanied by a paying adult), Max weight - 18 stone.
You must be able to swim at least 25 metres.
Reasonable health is required and any illness or disability that may affect your participation will need to be discussed before booking.
A medical declaration may need to be completed on arrival.
The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to venue.
