- Open Vouchers
Our commitment to you
We pride ourselves on providing the highest possible levels of customer
service and problems are rare, but we ask that you familiarise yourself with
our Terms and Conditions before purchasing an Open Voucher. These terms and
conditions form the basis of a contract between us (Experience Mad) and you
(the purchaser).
Voucher Validity
Open Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of
issue, which will be printed on your voucher. We regret that Open Vouchers cannot
be extended under any circumstances. It will not be possible to redeem your
Open Voucher for an activity voucher outside of the 6 month validity period.
Open Vouchers can only be redeemed by the Recipient named on the voucher. Open
Vouchers become invalidated if sold to a third party.
When you exchange your Open Voucher for an activity, you will receive an activity
voucher valid for a further period of 6-12 months (depending on the activity).
The terms and conditions of the supplier of your chosen activity will then apply.
Exchanges
It is only possible to redeem an Open Voucher against
activities featured on the ExperienceMad.co.uk website. Open Vouchers cannot
be exchanged for cash. No other form of exchange is possible.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your activity voucher pack,
please contact us by letter or email within 30 days and we will happily arrange
a full refund, minus delivery costs if Special Delivery was requested. Refunds
will be made in the same form as payment was received (if you paid by credit
card, the refund will go back to that credit card account) and to the purchaser
only.
Replacement Vouchers
Please look after your voucher carefully. In the unfortunate
event of you losing your voucher, a replacement can be issued by 1st class post
for a fee of £10. A further charge of £10 will be payable if a Special
Delivery is required. Replacements can only be sent to the original delivery
address on the order.
Redeeming Your Open Voucher
Open Vouchers can be redeemed against any of the activities featured
on ExperienceMad.co.uk. If the price of your chosen activity exceeds the value
of your voucher you must pay the difference. If the price of your chosen activity
is less than the value of your open voucher, the balance remains available for
you to use against other activities featured on our website within the voucher
validity period.
