We pride ourselves on providing the highest possible levels of customer service and problems are rare, but we ask you to familiarise yourself with our Website Terms and Conditions of Use as set out below. Before making a purchase we also ask you to familiarise yourself with the voucher supplier's terms and conditions which are available from the activity information pages and the order form. Please note if there is a conflict or ambiguity between our Website Terms Of Use and the supplier's terms and conditions, the supplier's terms and conditions shall prevail.

"We", "our" or "us" means ExperienceMad.co.uk.
“You” or "your" means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet.
"Activity Voucher" means a voucher for a specific activity package.
"Open Voucher" means a non-specific voucher which can be exchanged for an Activity Voucher from this website.

Website prices, descriptions and photography
Prices are correct at the time of going to press, but we reserve the right to change prices without notice, provided we inform you at the time of order. Vouchers will not be issued until payment is collected in full. Prices include VAT and information packs, and postage.

We have tried hard to ensure that descriptions and illustrations used on our website are accurate. However, these are intended to give a general idea of the activity described and do not form part of any contract between you and Experience Mad.

Delivery
Standard delivery by 1st class Royal Mail is included in the price and we also offer a Special Delivery service for an additional £10 which includes our administration costs for this service. When you place your order your vouchers will be despatched the following working day. We ask that you allow 5 working days for 1st class deliveries to allow for postal delays which are beyond our control. Special deliveries should arrive by 1pm two working days after placing your order.

We regret we are unable to deliver to addresses outside the UK.

Payment
Vouchers are dispatched once full payment has been received. All orders must be paid for by UK credit or debit card. You can pay by Visa (credit and debit, excluding Electron), Mastercard, Delta, Solo or Switch / Maestro. Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by cheque or postal order, and you cannot pay in instalments.

Voucher Validity
Activity Vouchers are valid for between 6 and 12 months, depending upon the activity. The actual period of validity for a specific activity is stated on the activity information page of this website. The expiry date is printed on the voucher.

Open Vouchers are valid for 6 months.

Exchanges
If you or your recipient are not satisfied with the experience purchased you may exchange it with an alternative experience from our range within 30 days of the voucher issue date, provided that the substitute voucher is of the same or greater value and subject to written confirmation by email or letter. A supplement will be payable if the chosen activity costs more than the original activity. Only one exchange is allowed. You may be required to return the original voucher before an exchange can be completed - we will advise you if this is required.

Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by letter or email within 30 days from receipt of the voucher and we will happily arrange a full refund provided the experience has not been booked with the operator. Refunds will be made in the same form as payment was received (if you paid by credit card, the refund will go back to that credit card account) and to the purchaser only.

Voucher Suppliers
ExperienceMad works in conjunction with major experience day providers to bring you the largest range available online at competitive prices. Your activity voucher is despatched direct from the voucher supplier and you are bound by their terms and conditions, details of which can be found from links on the activity information page and order form. Your payment is processed by us, except where we act as a disclosed agent in which case it is noted in the activity terms and conditions or in your confirmation email and your payment will be processed by the voucher supplier.

Any information provided by you to us will only be shared with our voucher suppliers for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We, nor any of our business partners will use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. The placing of an order for any goods or services by you will constitute consent to us passing on such details.

All third party copyright, trademarks, brand names, product names and titles on this website are acknowledged. This website is protected by Copyright and the Copyright, Trademarks, logos and Intellectual Property rights for the content of the ExperienceMad website are the property of Grand Adventures Ltd. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Any use, printing or copying of materials on this website, other than in the course of browsing, selecting products and ordering from us, is strictly prohibited. Any framing of this website is prohibited.

Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the website, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

We are not responsible for and accept no liability for the content or privacy practices of any linked website which is not owned and maintained by us. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our website and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, and are governed by and in accordance with English law. The purchaser and Experience Mad agree that any problems fall under the jurisdiction of the English courts. All the clauses and sub-clauses in our terms and conditions are independent of each other. If one clause or sub-clause is invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect any other clause or sub-clause.
