Tank Paintball Battles - £85

This experience entails driving a heavily armoured tank and firing rounds of paintballs at your opponent from a specially modified cannon. You'll need shrewd battlefield tactics and all the tank driving skills you can muster as you take on your foe for a tank paintballing battle to the death.

Tanks are some of the heaviest and most impressive pieces of machinery in the world. Normally these unbelievable machines are only used in the heat of battle. However, you can now experience the power and excitement that can be given from manoeuvring these huge armoured vehicles.

The Tank Paintball Battles experience gives you the chance to join a crew that will control a 17 tonne FV432 APC (armoured personnel carrier). You and you crew will take it in turns manoeuvring these amazing machines around a former World War II bombing range. You won't be using live rounds; the tanks have been specially equipped with paint balls instead of ammunition so you can safely attack the opposition. The paintballs used are not just normal paintballs though; these tanks have been fitted with huge 40mm paintball round to give maximum effect.

Upon arrival at the battlefield you will be given a full safety orientation and technical training so that you can manage the tanks. Then you will be let loose on the field to commence battle. You will be given the chance to take command of the tank, drive it and also man the gun; it truly is an exhilarating experience.

• Tackle the tank course with your crew in 17 tonnes of FV432 APC (armoured personnel carrier) complete with cannons modified to fire 40mm paintball rounds at its' target!
• Take turns to drive the vehicle around the course.
• After the practice session, choose your positions, whether it’s commander, driver or gunner, and engage in a tank battle against your opponent with the hatches closed and your periscope the only guide!

• Dogs are not allowed on site
• A reasonable amount of agility is required to climb in and out of the military vehicles and you must be medically fit to take part in this activity. If you suffer from any illness or disability that may possibly prevent you from participating you must inform the centre before booking
