"What a day" This was all a dream come true for me. Kenilworth, Prodrive and an Aston Martin! Seriously, a dream. First off, thanks to Experience Mad for organising my day so efficiently, next to my kids for finding this site and buying this experience for my birthday and last but not least to the staff at the track who answered all my questions (and there were a lot), and who put me behind the wheel of the car I had only seen in photos and dreamed about. The track is awesome, the drive was beyond description and the memory is one I'll have forever.

Can we use our U.S. driver's license or do we need international driver's licenses for driving on the race courses? Also how is insurance handled?
As long as you have a full, manual licence which you have held for at least a year then there will not be a problem with you taking part. You do not need to inform your insurance company that you are taking part on this day as all tracks have their own cover.
I would like to know what choice of cars are available to be driven at Thruxton and what sort of notification is needed to book a date for this experience?
The Porsche is the car available at Thruxton for this experience. Booking is advised 4-6 weeks in advance.
