What does the activity include ?
Jeremy Clarkson is a big fan of the Audi R8, describing it as a truly great car. With this engine-pumping, heart-stopping driving day at Silverstone you're put in the driving seat of the Audi R8 to see what all the excitement is about for yourself! Push this supercar to the max round the tough corners of the home of F1. You’ll be left grinning for days afterwards!

After a welcome to the Silverstone track you'll have a 10 minute briefing from your driving instructor, tutoring you on high speed supercar driving techniques, control and what to expect from the circuit. Then the moment of truth as you take the wheel of the Audi R8 and press the pedal for 3 laps zooming round the Silverstone track. A debrief completes your experience, which lasts for around 40 minutes.

What else do I need to know ?
Customers purchasing this activity will be issued with a voucher valid for 10 months. This experience runs from April to October, with dates mainly available on weekdays with limited availability at weekends. The minimum age is 21 years and the maximum age is 70. All dates are subject to availability. Once bookings are made they are non refundable and non exchangeable. This experience is not suitable for those who suffer from epilepsy or heart conditions or who are pregnant. If bad weather causes your experience to be cancelled it will be rebooked for a later date. Spectators are welcome at no additional cost. Minimum height is 5ft 2” and the maximum height is 6ft 4”. The maximum weight is 16st. Drivers must have held a full driving licence for at least 3 years, which MUST be presented on the day (photocopies not accepted). Drivers should wear flat, narrow soled shoes, trousers and a long sleeved shirt.
