Min Hgt 5`2 Max Hgt. 6`5 Max Wgt. 18 St. Alcohol is strictly forbidden from all events. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be excluded from all activities.

Availability
We are running these courses on at least two Saturdays every month throughout the year (March to November).

Are spectators allowed ?
Friends and family are welcome. Dogs are not allowed.

Long Trousers and Soft Soled Shoes (trainers)
