Race Extreme Dodgems in a fantastically mad day of stock car racing! Learn race car driving techniques then take your Dodgem onto the track for a series of competitive heats against other drivers!

If you’ve heard of NASCAR you’ve heard of stock car racing. But it’s dull, I hear you say. I don’t want to drive round in circles for ages. Okay, so we’ll make it extreme. Stick it in the Midlands on a dirt track and add a new rule; you can bash each other around, a very British solution and ironically quite American.

In the Extreme Dodgems Stock Car Racing, you will get to control a specially prepared saloon stock car. With its powerful 1300cc engine, these are ideal to learn to race in, and to learn how to take a hit. Initially you will receive professional coaching from pro drivers and officials, but then it’s down to business.

On the day there will be between 32 and 40 drivers and you will be split into groups of eight to compete in. After a four-lap practice session you will take part in two heats. You will do eight laps in each of the heats, and based on the points scored in these, you will then drive in the Championship Final for 10 laps against racers of similar talent. The winners of the final will then compete again, to decide the overall winner.

Take control of amazing 1300cc saloon stockcars.
Race sessions normally consist of up to 40 people, with 8 on the track for each race.
You'll get 4 laps of practice followed by two heats of 8 laps each.
Based on standings, you will then race for 10 laps in the Championship Final against racers of similar rank.
The winners of each final will then compete for the overall title.
A programme will be presented as a souvenir and trophies will be presented to winners.
Allow 4 hours for the whole experience.

Notes and Restrictions

Voucher is valid for 10 months.
This experience runs on selected dates throughout the year.
Minimum age is 16 years.
All participants must be in reasonable health and fitness.
Max. height 6'6", min. height 4'10".
Max. weight 20 stone.
Driving licence not necessarily required, but participants must be able to drive a car.
If unexpected weather conditions mean your experience is cancelled, it will be re-booked.
Protective and safety clothing are supplied.
Participants should wear warm clothing and trainers.
