When arriving at your location you will first need to change your vouchers for your steam train tickets. Once onboard and comfortably seated, just relax and watch the countryside gently pass you by as you slip back to the golden age of travel. Depending on your journey you may have either a return ticket or a rover pass which will allow you to stop off en route to explore the local surroundings.
Please note the Aberdeenshire location is a diesel railway and the Cumbria location is a narrow gauge railway.

Group Size: There will be other people there on the day.

The experience can last anything from an hour to a full day.

This voucher is valid for two adults and two children and excludes special event days.

This experience is available on selected dates, typically from March to October.

We advise planning 3-4 weeks in advance. However, availability varies through the year depending on demand.

You are more than welcome to bring friends and family, however, they will have to pay on the day.

Public Liability insurance for £10m is included, along with Personal Accident Insurance for up to £50,000. Details are enclosed within the voucher pack.

In the event of your activity being cancelled a new date will be arranged.
