Outdoor Climbing Experience

Experience the fun of outdoor climbing, a fantastic introduction to this challenging activity. This session is perfect if you’re thinking of getting into climbing or are just having a go at this exciting sport.

Adventure sports are growing in popularity across the United Kingdom at an alarming rate. There are new and exciting ones popping up all the time, however, there are none more exciting and exhilarating than climbing. Many people have tried indoor climbing, but any experienced climber will tell you that the real excitement, adrenaline rush and fun lies with the real McCoy; outdoor climbing. The feeling of being outside, at one with the elements and on a real rock or mountain is something that you just cannot replicate.

Once you arrive on site you will be greeted by your friendly instructor. First, they will provide you with a full and comprehensive safety briefing. After this has been completed they will help to ascertain your ability and what your goals are for the day. It does not matter if you are an expert climber or if you have never climbed before, you will still be able to get a great deal of enjoyment from this day.

This is an excellent opportunity for novice climbers to learn the sport. You will be taught how to tie safe knots, how to belay, and you will also be shown a number of useful climbing techniques. If you have climbed before you can just get straight into it.
