Book up a great sporting day of adventure learning how to go Clay Pigeon Shooting. With venues throughout the country to pick from, the excitement and skill of Clay Pigeon shooting is closer than you think. Under the guidance of our fully qualified instructors, you will arrive a novice and depart with a real appreciation of this exciting sport, having enjoyed full training under the guidance of the Clay Pigeon Shooting Association.

After a safety briefing it's into the firing line as you brush up on your technique and learn to follow the target and when to fire your shot. During your two-hour lesson on the Introductory Clay Pigeon Shooting Experience you will go through the basics and be introduced the different disciplines and demands of the sport.

With an instructor by your side you will quickly gain confidence and appreciate the skills and complexities of this fast growing sport. Enjoy the thrills and excitement of matching your hand-eye co-ordination with the lightning responses needed to hit the target. Get instant feedback, coaching and suggestions throughout your lesson from your instructor, to ensure that your introduction to Clay Pigeon Shooting is as thorough and as enjoyable as possible.

  • Your shooting experience will include training in shooting techniques and safety practices with a fully qualified instructor.
  • You will shoot at least 30 clays (25 at Manchester and Ripon).
  • Your experience will last around 2 hours (1 hour at Essex and Herts).
