There is no better way to treat yourself to a little bit of indulgence than by enjoying a few delightful spa treatments. There are a number of different locations dotted around London that can offer you excellent quality products and services, but none are better than the East River Spa. This amazing location in Canary Wharf is designed with fast moving and busy city workers in mind, and this package is ideal for you.

Upon arrival you will be given a swift rundown of the excellent facilities that are on site and at your disposal. Once this has been completed your pampering will begin. You will be provided with 90 minutes of sheer opulence, and treatments during the hour and a half. It is requested that you arrive approximately one hour before your treatments are scheduled to begin to ensure that you are fully prepared and relaxed before you start.

There are a number of excellent facilities that you can take advantage of before you treatments during the East River Spa Treat Experience begin. These include the herbal sauna, a delightful aromatic steam room and a relaxation room.

• Slippers, robe and towels provided.
• Relax and unwind before your beauty treatments.
• After your treatments, recline in a heated lounger in the candle lit relaxation room.
• A refreshing sorbet and herbal tea completes the experience.

• You must be in reasonable health. Seek medical advice if you conditions such as low or high blood pressure, contagious skin complaints or claustrophobia which may affect your treatments.
• Not suitable for pregnant women
• Swimming costume is essential
• Please arrive 1 hour prior to your treatment time to make use of the spa facilities
• Allow around 2-3 hours at the spa
• Available 7 days a week.
• PA cover up to £50,000 and cancellation insurance.
