I had a few problems with my booking that got quite complicated. I dealt with a lady called Kerry Cable and I must say I haven't had such good customer service in a long time. She was very fast to reply to my queries, understanding, apologetic and dealt with the problems quickly and efficiently. Experience a day out of the ordinary at the fabulous Henlow Grange spa and health farm in peaceful Bedfordshire. Arrive at 09:30 to a refreshing juice drink as you are given an introductory tour of the facilities, from which you will be able to enjoy four great treatments, as well as unlimited use of the swimming pool and other exercise facilities; all either side of a tasty hot and cold lunch buffet.
Start your day off at pace on one of the great state-of-the-art exercise and fitness classes or indulge yourself in a selection of great beauty treatments carried out by our highly trained staff. For the energetic and healthy, you can try out the tennis courts and bicycles in between sessions in the sauna or steam rooms.
Beauty wise, you can select the order that you wish via the menu. Choose your way through a facial followed by a manicure or pedicure, before upping the pace a little in the thalassotherapy pool and rounding off with a full body exfoliation and back massage. Head back home with more than your gold embossed luxury robe and slippers among your memories.
