This spa is based on a bathing ritual to help relax your mind body and soul. During your 2 hour visit you will have the chance to choose which of the 17 rooms you think most suit you. These areas include the crystal steam room which helps to increase your body´s temperature before you enter the freezing cold igloo to which will definitely help to invigorate you! Alternatively, there is the hydrotherapy pool which has five stations that all work together to stimulate the major muscle groups in the body. There is also the tranquility room in which, the soft lighting and calm water makes the ideal relaxing environment. With around 17 different experiences to explore it is invigorating, relaxing, rejuvenating and above all, fun.

Group Size: There will be other people at the spa on the day.

Your experience will last for approximately 2 hours.

We advise planning 3-4 weeks in advance. However, availability varies through the year depending on demand.

Unfortunately you cannot bring spectators with you.

Public Liability insurance for £10m is included, along with Personal Accident Insurance for up to £50,000. Details are enclosed within the voucher pack.
