I have recently bought a voucher for my mother as a birthday gift. I was so unsure what to buy for her but thought of an experience gift. I did a google search, found your website and booked. It was so easy to do, very little fuss and I did think that as I was booking so late I would be late giving the gift to my mum on her birthday, how wrong I was. It was on my hall mat in less than 2 days! Thank you for an easy to understand website, easy booking process and quick delivery service. I hoping that my mum has an excellent day too!

Strap yourself to a skydiving instructor and jump out of a perfectly good aeroplane with this 12,000 foot tandem skydive. The perfect present for the adrenalin junky.

This has to be the ultimate in adrenaline experiences. Your experience begins with a nervous plane flight to the drop zone. When the engine noise quietens you'll know it's time to make your move. At an altitude of 12,000ft you and the qualified instructor strapped to your back will exit the aircraft and begin the 7,000ft freefall during which you'll reach speeds of up to 120mph. At 5,000ft the instructor will deploy your parachute and you'll gently float down to your correct landing zone.

You can't dip your toes in the water with this experience, it's all or nothing. A rigorous briefing on the ground precedes your jump with an instructor but don’t fool yourself, there is no training that can prepare you for these kinds of emotions.

If the thought of jumping out of a perfectly good plane’s door at 12,000ft is terrifying this is the experience for you! A tandem skydive is like no other experience and will leave you with memories long after the adrenalin has stopped gushing through your veins.

Welcome and briefing on arrival.
Plane flight to the drop zone.
Exit the aircraft at 12000ft.
Freefall for 7,000ft.
At 5,000ft your instructor will deploy the parachute and you'll gently float down to the landing zone.

Notes and Restrictions

Voucher valid for 10 months for one person.
Max Weight: 14.5 stone to 15 stone (Devon allows a max of 18 stone for a surcharge, 16 stone at Peterborough). You will be weighed on arrival.
Min Age: 16 (under 18's require parental consent). Over 40's require a doctor to complete a declaration of fitness (all other participants may complete this themselves). Those over 50 will not normally be accepted for novice parachute jumps (only tandem skydives allow higher ages).
A Declaration of Fitness is required for the following: old fractures, arthritis, back strain, severe sprains, asthma, chronic bronchitis, pneumothorax, rheumatic fever, kidney or liver disease, adrenal, thyroid or other disorder of the glands, sinus or ear disease, any condition requiring regular drug use, anaemia or if you've recently donated any blood.
Without prior approval from the British Parachute Association's Medical Advisor, anyone suffering from the following is excluded: fits, epilepsy, severe head injury, disease of the nervous system or brain, recurring giddiness or blackouts, heart or lung disease, high blood pressure, dislocation or recurrent weakness of limbs, mental illness, diabetes, alcohol or drug addiction.
An additional fee of around £30 is payable for BPA membership.

"Experience of a lifetime!"

Totally amazing, I wondered at first if I’d chicken out at the part where I actually had to jump from the plane. Being strapped to an instructor takes all that away... I felt reassured and just went for it. The feeling of freedom is incredible, the wind rushing up at you and the ground getting bigger... it actually seems to be coming up at you. Loved the weightless feeling and almost forgot about the parachute at the end. What an absolute rush, I just wanted to get right back up there and do it again. This really is unforgettable.

I want to do a tandem skydive in Honiton, however with such an experience I'd want to video it, is this possible and how much?

The centre does offer the chance to have your jump filmed, the price for this will be £140, alternatively you can have the jump photographed for £130, or you can combine the two for £185. You can choose and order your preferred package when booking your date with the centre.

Are there any age restrictions to tandem skydive?

The minimum age for a tandem jump is 16 years old and anyone over the age of 40 will need a medical form completed by their doctor before jumping.

I am looking to purchase the tandem dive for a friend but they would like to know if the experience is filmed or if u doing film them & if this any additional cost

The jump schools do offer filming, this will be an extra that you will need to pay for on the day directly to the school.

I want to do a jump in the South East of England with 4 mates, 5 of us in total, any chance we can jump together?

We have spoken to the Suffolk location and they said that five people can all fit in one aircraft together and they operate 7 days a week so you are free to book up as soon as you get your vouchers in the post.
