Tandem Skydive - £299

What can be more exciting than jumping out of an aeroplane and hurtling towards earth at 120mph from a height of 13,000 feet? Previous experience isn't needed with this tandem skydive as the instructor will be with you all times!

 

What Your Experience Includes
With around 50 seconds of freefall before the instructor yanks on the parachute cord you'll have just enough time to catch your breath before the canopy opens and you both float gracefully back down to the drop zone.

The fun begins with a safety briefing by our expert instructors, followed by some pre-jump training to get you ready for the excitement to come. Then it's into the plane and off to an altitude of around 10,000-13,000 feet where, safely harnessed to your instructor, you will leap out and experience why freefall skydiving is one of the most exhilarating extreme sports you'll ever try. A tandem skydive is the perfect introduction to free fall. Your expert instructor will control the freefall and handle the deployment of the parachute and landing. All you have to do is enjoy the ride. This activity may be suitable for disabled people.

Group Size: Your tuition is on a one to one basis.

How long does it last ?
You'll be at the venue for approximately 1-2 hours but please set aside a full day to allow for poor weather.

Restrictions
This experience may not be suitable for anyone who suffers from epilepsy, severe head injury, fits, recurring blackouts or giddiness, disease of the nervous system or brain, heart or lung disease, high blood pressure. Maximum weight is 14-15 stone (89-95kg).
Minimum age is 16 years (under 18's require parental consent and must provide a signed BPA Fitness Form signed by your parent or guardian, plus a Consent to Parachute).
Anyone over the age of 40 must provide a Doctor's Certificate portion of declaration signed.

You will receive a presentation voucher pack containing a voucher (valid for 9 months from date of purchase), background reading on the Tandem Skydive and details of how to book a date.

Public Liability insurance for £10m is included, along with Personal Accident Insurance for up to £50,000. Details are enclosed within the voucher pack.

Your voucher pack will be sent via 1st class post, or you can request our 48 Hour Guaranteed Delivery service for an additional charge. Please allow 3-5 working days for 1st class delivery and 2 working days for the 48 Hour service.

In the event of your activity being cancelled a new date will be arranged.
