Truck Driving Experience

Put your driving skills to the test with this truck driving experience.

The Truck Driving Experience; the chance to get behind the wheel of the huge, monstrous vehicle and try to steer your way around an exhilarating, purpose made track while your instructor helps you get your head around the monumental 16 gears!

The Truck Driving Experience will start when you are met by your HGV instructor to run through everything there is to know about the DAF XF 480bhp tractor unit and Racecar Trailer, which you'll be driving once you're prepared.

You'll then get seated inside the cab and you'll be quickly briefed on the gears, controls and safety before you take the wheel of the 55ft long truck. The experience day treats you to 10 to 15 minutes of driving the monstrous truck, where you'll learn to drive around a curvaceous track, purpose built especially for the DAF XF 480bhp tractor unit. You'll also be taught to reverse and manoeuvre the enormous machine!

When the experience day comes to an end, you'll be awarded a certificate which is a great piece of memorabilia to keep to remember the day by. The Truck Driving Experience can be enjoyed at three venues across the UK in Yorkshire, Warwickshire and Surrey, and each experience will last approximately two hours.
