"Delightful" My wife and I love the Lakes, this was a surprise from her for our silver anniversary (I'd always fancied going up in a chopper too). So on the pretext of buying some Kendal mint cake she got me to the helicopter. Even taking off was an experience I won't forget, it's nothing like a plane, it sort of gently swings you up and then you are treated to the most breathtaking views of the Lakes you could ever wish to see. I would strongly recommend this to anybody taking a trip to the Lake District. It's just heavenly.
