I have recently bought a voucher for my mother as a birthday gift. I was so unsure what to buy for her but thought of an experience gift. I did a google search, found your website and booked. It was so easy to do, very little fuss and I did think that as I was booking so late I would be late giving the gift to my mum on her birthday, how wrong I was. Severn Valley and Iron Bridge Helicopter Trip
Take to the skies for a 30 minute flight over the Midlands and enjoy seeing what this fantastic part of the country has to offer.
In this 30-minute flight, you will experience the Midlands and the history and beauty it has to offer in a way you wouldn’t believe. From the skies above, you will be amazed at the picturesque nature of the often maligned region as you journey across the Severn Valley and over Iron Bridge itself.
Your journey sees you fly across the lush green woodland of the Wyre Forest and then over the Shropshire Plain, before coming to the famous Iron Bridge. From there, you will fly over the town of Bridgnorth, which is split by the River Severn into High Town and Low Town, as well as seeing the West Midlands Safari Park, the viewing peak of Kinver Edge, the Clee Hills and maybe even the Severn Valley railway.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your pilot for the day and will be given a brief safety talk and rundown on the itinerary for the journey. Then it’s up, up and away as your pilot takes off and you fly over what is possibly the best scenery the Midlands has to offer, all the while receiving commentary where needed. Please note that flights operate on selected weekends from March to November.

Notes and Restrictions
- Voucher valid for 10 months for one person.
- Selected dates available all dates subject to availability.
- Maximum weight 18 stone, please contact the venue if the person flying is 16+ stone.
- Minimum age is 6 years or older and anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult throughout the flight.
- Please contact us if you have any queries regarding disabled passengers.
- Flights operate selected weekends March-November.
- There could be up to three other passengers on the flight.
