Rally Gold Experience (Full Day) - £275

Indulge in a full day of rally driving at Prestwold Hall, as you slide around the track in a Mitsubishi Evolution V and Subaru WRX rally car.

 

What does the activity include ?
This is the ultimate full day rally driving experience, with expert intstructors teaching you the skills and techniques used by the professionals, including skid control, brake and turn control, power slides and handbrake turns, along with over and under steering maneouvres! Combining your new skills with challenging circuits and rally prepared vehicles will certainly make for a hair-raising day!

Following a welcome, introduction and briefing on rally driving techniques you will receive familiarisation laps to get used to the track driving a Subaru on tarmac stage, then a Mitsubishi Evolution V also on tarmac stage. You'll then get behind the wheel of a Subaru WRX rally car on tarmac/loose gravel stage, followed by loose gravel stage in a Group N rally car. You'll then be taken for a white knuckle passenger ride with your instructor! The afternoon will be spent with more hands-on driving so you can really improve your rallying skills. At the end of your experience you will receive an individual driving assessment and certificate. This activity lasts approximately 7 hours.

What else do I need to know ?
Customers purchasing this activity will receive a voucher valid for ten months. You can then contact the venue to book a suitable time for the experience. The start time for the day is 9am and it is available on selected dates throughout the year. Drivers may have some difficulty being accommodated if they are shorter than 1.52m (5ft 0") or taller than 1.98m (6ft 6") and/or weigh above 102kg (16st). Drivers must have held a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months and must be aged 18 or over.
