Half Day Rally Driving Experience - £185

Enjoy a fun-filled experience in the driver's seat of a rally car. Try your hand at the art of rally driving and race against the clock in the grand finale!

 

What does the activity include ?
For pure excitement, you can't beat the adrenaline rush you'll experience on this rally driving session! This activity includes a minimum of two sessions with you at the wheel taking the car at high speed round the track, with an instructor next to you showing you the skills and techniques needed to really push the car to its limit! You will then drive your rally car against the clock to find out how good you really are, after which you will be in the passenger seat as a professional driver takes you for white-knuckle passenger ride!

This is a half day course that commences at either 8:30am, 12:00pm or 3:00pm and lasts for up to 3 hours. You will be introduced to the team on arrival and receive a safety briefing. Then it's straight onto the driving as you get behind the wheel of the rally car. Following a practice lap you may then take the next few laps at a faster pace. Your instructor will give tips to get the most out of your rallying experience, including encouraging you to get the car sliding about! You then have a short break to allow the other participants to take their turn before you climb back in the driver's seat for a second session. Following another short break you can have one last practice lap before a final lap against the clock! The instructor will then take you for a white-knuckle passenger ride to show you how the professionals do it. The experience is complete with a debriefing and presentation of a certificate to take home with you.

What else do I need to know ?
Customers purchasing this activity will receive a voucher valid for ten months and must then contact the rally school to pre-book a suitable date for their experience. All dates are subject to availability. Minimum age for participants is 18 years. Drivers must hold a full, valid driving licence. This experience is available on selected weekdays and Saturdays from February to November. The maximum weight to take part is 18 stone and the maximum height is 6ft 4''. Spectators are welcome at additional charge. Children aged under 8 years are not allowed on site. Participants will have the chance to buy photographic souvenirs of their experience on the day; prices start from £10.00.
