Full Day Rally Driving Experience, Gloucestershire - £345

Get in the driver's seat of a rally car for a full day of action-packed driving that will have you spinning and sliding round the track as you compete against the clock.

 

What does the activity include ?
If you're looking for the ultimate fun filled experience, then this full day rally driving course is for you! The activity will include a minimum of two high speed sessions with you behind the wheel and an expert instructor next to you to teach you the skills and techniques needed to get the most out of your time in the rally car. This will be followed by competitive laps where you will be racing against the clock to find out just how good you really are! Also on the day you will be taken for a white knuckle passenger ride by a professional to show you how it's done!

The day will begin at 8.30am and will last approximately 6 hours. After being introduced to the team you will receive a safety briefing before getting into the driving seat of rally car for a practice lap. The next few laps will be driving at a more intense pace, with your instructor encouraging you to get the car sliding about whilst teaching you rallying techniques to help you get the most out of the experience. You will have a short break while the other drivers take their turn before it's behind the wheel again for a second session. Following another short break you will be offered one last practice lap before competing against the clock to see just how fast you can go! You will then be taken on a high speed passenger ride as the instructor demonstrates how it's done by the professionals. Finally there will be a debriefing session and you will be given a certificate to take away with as a memento of your day.

What else do I need to know ?
Customers purchasing this experience will receive a voucher valid for ten months and must then contact the rally school directly to pre-book a date for the activity. All dates are subject to availablity. The minimum age is 18 and drivers must have a full, valid driving licence. The experience is available on selected weekdays and Saturdays from February to November. Maximum weight is 18st (114kg) and the maximum height is 6ft 4" (1.93m). There is no extra charge for spectators but children under 8 years are not allowed on site. There will be the opportunity to purchase photographic souvenirs of the day with prices starting from £10.00.
