Extended Rally Experience (UK Wide) - £299

This rally driving experience has been extended to provide the ideal opportunity to get the most out of your rally car and the track, put into practice the skills you learn on the day!

 

What does the activity include ?
After watching the rally drivers on TV, have you wondered just how hard it can be? Well now you can find out by being in the driver's seat of a pro rally car during this extended rallying course! With an expert instructor in the passenger seat you will be taught the rallying techniques used by the likes of Colin McCrae as you try to control the car and whilst blasting round a rally course based at one of a selection of venues across the UK!

As a guide this activity will include the following:

• A safety briefing and introduction to the principles of rally driving, including braking points, racing lines and general rallying techniques
  
• Being taken for a familiarisation lap as a passenger by your instructor to show you how rallying should be done
  
• Putting the techniques you have been shown into practice by getting behind the wheel for some hands on driving
  
• An interim assessment
  
• A further rallying session with you behind the wheel
  
• A high speed white knuckle passenger ride as you're taken for an exhilarating drive in the rally car
  
• Some locations will include lunch
  
• The activity will last between 5 and 6 hours and actual driving time and cars driven will vary across the locations.

What else do I need to know ?
On purchasing this activity customers will receive a personalised gift certificate valid for at least 10 months.
The recipient can choose their preferred location when booking their date.
Restrictions for weight and height may vary between centres but generally the minimum height is approximately 5ft 4’’ and maximum is 6ft 6’’, with the maximum weight at approximately 18st.
Drivers must have held a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 10 months and may be required to produce the original (no photopcopies) at some locations on the day.
Availability will vary across centres with some only offering weekday courses.
Driving time will be shared among a small number of voucher holders, generally between 3 to 5 people per car.
Vehicles and itineraries will vary across venues and images used on this page are only a guide. Please note that drivers at the Scottish venue will also drive a single seater race car and an MG and during their activity.
