When you arrive at the studio, you and an experienced sound engineer will choose a backing track for your song. We advise participants to sing a known track, rather than personal compositions. After discussing the project and setting up the equipment, the recording session will begin! Vocals are added last and, depending on the voucher holders experience, there will hopefully be time to add some final touches and mix the song. At the end of the recording session you will take your recording on CD or cassette home with you.

Your recording studio session will last for about 2½ hours.

This experience is unsuitable for people with hearing complaints.
To take part in this activity you must be at least 14 years old, under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
You will need to be able to sing.

Brixton, London - Monday and Tuesday dates throughout the year.
Oakhanger, Cheshire - Available on selected Monday to Friday dates, all year round.
Brighton, East Sussex - Selected Tuesday to Thurday dates subject to availability throughout the year.
Walsall, West Midlands - This experience is available Monday to Thursday between 10am to 4pm throughout the year.
Clydebank, Dunbartonshire - This experience is available on selected Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday dates between 12 - 5pm throughout the year.

Restrictions apply, dependent on location, all year round.

We advise planning 3-4 weeks in advance. However, availability varies through the year depending on demand.

You're welcome to bring some family and friends along to watch you.

You will receive a presentation voucher pack containing a voucher (valid for 9 months from date of purchase), background reading on the Recording Studio and details of how to book a date.

Public Liability insurance for £10m is included, along with Personal Accident Insurance for up to £50,000. Details are enclosed within the voucher pack.
