Makeover and Photoshoot

• Voucher valid for 10 months.
• Available weekdays only.
• A booking fee is required (£25) which will be refunded 10 days after your shoot.
• You may be charged (£124 max) if you turn up late, fail to attend or fail to complete your session.
• 72 hours notice if required if making a change to your booking, all changes will be subject to a £5 admin fee.
• There will be a £5 charge for the delivery of prints (sent via recorded delivery).
• Once booked, you are subject to operator terms and conditions, included with your voucher.
• Min age - 16 years (parents must accompany those under 18).

A. The Southampton studio is situated in the SO14 area, just a few minutes from the West Quay shopping centre.

A. Thank you for your enquiry. The deposit will be a maximum of £25 and will be refunded up to 30 days after your shoot.

A. Maximum of two people is for the venue, not the voucher. So if you wanted this experience for two you would need to purchase two of the same voucher and then book in on the same day.

A. There are two locations in the Cambridgeshire area, one is situated in Burwell and the other in Fordham.

A. You would need to provide the clothes for your experience anyway so just take gothic style clothes with you and then just ask the makeup artisits and hair stylists to style your hair to match. They are very flexible so would be fine to do this. These experiences are taylored to your individual needs to ensure you get the most from your day.

A. Locations in and around the West Midlands include; Leamington Spa, CV32; Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37; Curborough, Lichfield, WS13; Kidderminster, DY10.

A. Additional photographs vary depending on size, quality, etc but as a rough guide they tend to range between £40 and £80 per print. This experience is for two people so it would be fine to have your photo taken together.

A. We have two studios in Nottinghamshire, one in Mansfield (NG18) and one in Nottingham (NG1).

A. The closest studios to Cardiff are situated in Trethomas, Caerphilly and Three Crosses, Swansea. The studios will allow you to bring extra clothes to help vary the pictures.

A. Locations for the West Midlands and Staffordshire are; Leamington Spa, CV32; Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37; Kidderminster, DY10; Curborough, Lichfield, WS13.

A. Scotland have two locations for this particular experience; Bothwell, Glasgow, G71; Edinburgh, EH10.

• Available 7 days a week.

A. The Birmingham studio is just around the corner from New Street Station. This particular experience would be fine for under 18's but they must be accompanied at all times by an adult.

A. The Glasgow studio is in the City Centre in the G1 postcode area and is just around the corner from Argyle Street Railway Station.

A. It would not be a problem at all, you would just need to specify when booking your date that he would not be interested in having the makeup done. The Cardiff location is a ten minute walk from Queen Street Rail Station.

• Those under 17 years must be accompanied by an adult.
• Up to 2 spectators are welcome.
• You will need to attend free of make-up and with no styling products in your hair.
• You will need to bring up to 4 changes of outfits.
• A £60 refundable deposit will be required on booking.
• Extra photos can be ordered on the day, the price for these will range from £60 to £70 each.
• Your complimentary print and any extra images will be ready around 3-4 weeks after the session.

• Stockings with a seam and suspender belt as well as matching underwear are essential if you want to be pictured in your underwear.
