This experience is for a family portrait session held at a state of the art studio in the UK, and includes a complimentary print of your chosen image to take home with you.

You will be able to either view the images on the date of your portrait session or alternatively a viewing appointment will be arranged for another date soon after, at which you may choose your free 5" x 7" portrait plus order any additional prints should you wish.

A £20 deposit is required on booking (ROI 30 Euros), which will be fully refunded at the viewing appointment.

Group Size: You can have up to 4 to 12 other family members in the studio for the portrait.

Allow one hour at the venue.

Under 16's are to be accompanied by an adult.
Anyone can enjoy a portrait experience.

Restrictions apply, dependent on location, throughout the year.

We advise planning 3-4 weeks in advance. However, availability varies through the year depending on demand.

You are welcome to bring spectators to watch.

You will receive a presentation voucher pack containing a voucher (valid for 9 months from date of purchase), background reading on the Family Portrait Experience and details of how to book a date.

Public Liability insurance for £10m is included, along with Personal Accident Insurance for up to £50,000. Details are enclosed within the voucher pack.

Your voucher pack will be sent via 1st class post, or you can request our 48 Hour Guaranteed Delivery service for an additional charge. Please allow 3-5 working days for 1st class delivery and 2 working days for the 48 Hour service.

In the event of your activity being cancelled a new date will be arranged.
