We brought my 15 yr old son the first drive experience for his birthday. He had a great day and his instructor Dave was very friendly and had a great sense of humour which made the boys in his group at ease. As we watched it made us smile as the 3 boys had big grins on their faces!! My only very small complaint is that we left Oxford at 6.30am and we were looking forward to breakfast but nothing was open at Rockingham racing circuit. But that never stopped a great day - THANKYOU

How do I buy an Open Gift Voucher ?
To buy a voucher online for any of the denominations below simply click on your preferred value.
Vouchers are despatched in a plain white envelope by 1st Royal Mail post (please allow 3-5 working days for delivery) or, for a charge of £10, by 48 hour delivery (2 working days). Note, the 48 hour service requires a signature on delivery - if nobody is available to sign, the package will be held at your local postal or sorting office for collection.

How does my recipient redeem their open voucher ?
Open Vouchers can be redeemed online as follows :-- Choose an activity and go to the activity information page by clicking on the 'More Info' button.
- Click on the 'Redeem' button (click here to see an activity information page).
- Enter you voucher reference(s), complete the order form and continue through the order process. The value of your open voucher will automatically be deducted from the price of the chosen experience - if a balance is payable you will be directed to our payment system.
- Once you have completed the process you will see an Order Confirmation page showing your new order number.
Alternatively, email us stating your Voucher Number, Name, Address, Telephone Number and details of your chosen experience and we will then contact you to finalise everything. Or just give us a call !
What does the recipient get ?
A presentation voucher pack containing a gift voucher valid for 6 months personalised with a name and special message, instructions on how to redeem the voucher and an overview of the range of experiences available to choose from at ExperienceMad.com. Click here to see an example of our Open Vouchers. Once redeemed, your recipient will receive an undated voucher for their chosen experience(s) valid for 6-10 months (depending on the experience).
Can they choose an experience of a lower value ?
Yes. Think of our open vouchers as a bank account which your recipient can dip into at any time during the 6 months validity period to obtain experiences offered on this website. For example, they could redeem a £100 voucher against a £50 experience today and leave £50 in the 'account' for later use.
Can they choose from a brochure ?
No. Our range is constantly being updated which makes producing a brochure and keeping it up to date almost impossible. Instead, this website acts as an online catalogue which we have strived to make easy and quick to use.
Can a voucher be exchanged for cash ?
No, open vouchers can only be exchanged for experiences on this website. Vouchers are not transferrable and can only be redeemed by the original recipient.
