One Day Mountain Biking Course - £75

Take to the hills and master the biking techniques required to safely negotiate any mountain!

 

What does the activity include ?
Learn the essentials of mountain biking on a fun filled day of action and adventure. You will be taught the core skills such as cornering, braking, climbing and descending before heading out to some challenging mountain tracks in the beautiful British countryside.

Your one day mountain bike course starts with an introduction and safety briefing. You will then be taught key mountain biking techniques and put them into practise under the guidance of your expert guide. After a well earned lunch (not provided) you'll step up the pace taking on more challenging obstacles and ride some superb mountain bike trails. You have the choice of using your voucher for a relaxed one day guided ride as an alternative to the instructive course described above. At Woburn, you have the choice between a beginner or intermediate course for the more experienced mountain biker.

What else do I need to know ?
Customers purchasing this experience will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months and must then arrange the date and location for their experience in advance. Please take a packed lunch and water for your day as lunch is not included. We advise participants to have a reasonable level of bike fitness to get the most from their mountain bike course. Bike hire is included at the Wales location if required. At Woburn it is available locally - please ask for further information when booking. Alternatively you may take your own bike and helmet to any location. Helmets are compulsory for this experience.
