Afternoon tea and a stroll around the beautiful Kew Gardens - what could be better?
If you fancy something a little different for an afternoon out, why not visit the fabulous Kew Gardens, and combine it with a deliciously enjoyable afternoon tea at the Richmond Gate Hotel?
Kew Gardens has a history that stretches back over 250 years and you can marvel at the landscaped gardens and floral displays. On top of this you can pay a visit to the Princess of Wales Conservatory, which contains a large variety of plants including orchids and cacti, as well as 10 different zones. You can spend as much time as you want at Kew Gardens.
If you are still feeling energetic, why not take a stroll back to the marvellous Richmond Gate hotel and enjoy an afternoon tea? This will include a selection of scones, preserves and sandwiches, and you can also take your pick from a large range of teas and coffee.

"Thank you so much." This was perhaps the most wonderful day with my elderly mother that I have ever spent. I wanted to buy her a present that she would really enjoy and remembered how she always used to talk about a trip to Kew Gardens she took when she was a little younger. I actually had no idea how beautiful these gardens really were and to see the look of sheer delight on mum's face was worth anything to me. The afternoon tea was a surprise for her too and she just loved it in every way. Very easy to book. I would recommend this site to anybody, it's just amazing.
