Microlight Flying Lesson (60 mins) - £145

Take an airborne trip over the British countryside in a microlight – the popular small aircraft that gives you the freedom of soaring like a bird.

 

What Your Experience Includes
You will be given a detailed briefing from your instructor, which includes how to use dual controls, how to enter the aircraft and pre-take off checks. You then take to the skies, climbing to up to 1500 feet above ground level. The instructor will demonstrate the controls and then, when you're happy, will pass control to you!

You are welcomed at the airfield of your choice to receive a detailed briefing from your pilot instructor, including the use of dual controls, entering the aircraft cockpit and pre-take off checks. Then it's time to take off and soar in the open skies, ascending to an altitude of up to 1500 feet above ground level. The pilot instructor will demonstrate the flight controls and basic manoeuvres before passing control over to you if you're ready!

How long does it last ?
Your total experience will last for approximately 1½ hours, with 60 minutes in the microlight.

Restrictions
Maximum weight is 14 to 16½ stone (89-105kg) depending on location. Maximum height is 1.93m. This experience may not suitable for participants who suffer from fits, epilepsy, severe head injuries, giddiness or blackouts, recurrent fainting, heart disease, high blood pressure or diabetes.
Minimum age for participants is 16 years.
Flying experience is not required to enjoy this flight.

Public Liability insurance for £10m is included, along with Personal Accident Insurance for up to £50,000. Details are enclosed within the voucher pack.
