A fantastically fun activity where you to get to experience life as cowgirls and cowboys, whether it's your first time on a horse or you're an experienced horse rider!
These excellent experiences will give you the chance to get to grips with some Western riding whilst having great fun meeting lots of new people. There are experiences suitable for both adults and kids as well as experiences for one and for two people.
Experiences vary between one and two hours in the saddle as well as spending time with the horses learning to groom and tack up. Some experiences also provide lunch in the style of a sizzling BBQ.
Cowboy Adventure for Kids - £45

- Participants will spend around one and a quarter hours with the ponies, and around one hour actually riding the ponies Western-style in an arena. Riding is at walking pace initially working up to a jog once you've learnt to control your steed.
- Try your hand at lassoing!
- A wild west lunch of Ranch Burger and Beans is also included in this experience (vegetarian option available).
- Complimentary drinks are available.

Cowboy Riding Trail - £79
Enjoy the sights and sounds of the beautiful New Forest whilst riding cowboy style on your trusty steed.

- Safety briefing with your trail leaders.
- Once mounted on your horse you will be given instruction on the correct way to control your ride.
- Trail in the New forest amongst wild forest ponies and enjoy a trip into the woodlands.

- Get a taste for the Wild West or life down on the ranch with this great cowboy day in the New Forest. Join a party of 12 for an authentic day in the saddle, just as it was in the western films that you grew up watching.
- This event is ideal for beginners or more experienced riders.
- After a coffee and chat with the trail leaders it's time to muck in at the stables, as you learn about grooming and tacking before your riding lessons start.
- Once you've mastered the basics it's time for a filling BBQ lunch before the main event; a real life western-style riding lesson.
- Jump into the saddle and head into the wild where you'll enjoy the freedom of riding your horse amongst the wild ponies of the New Forest.
- Starting off at walking pace you can move up to a jog, then trotting as your confidence grows. Enjoying your freedom and the great outdoors, don't be surprised if you pass some wild deer before completing your day with coffee back home on the ranch.

This cowboy themed day of riding will give you a taste of the Old West and the beautiful New Forest National Park from atop your trusty steed. You’ll be Yee-Ha-ing with the best of them by the end of this day of adventures.

- A riding lesson will follow before stopping for a BBQ lunch.
