Helicopter Flying Introduction (30 mins)

Enjoy a half hour helicopter flying lesson with an experienced pilot. With locations across the UK recipients will be sure to find an airfield not too far away. With our 4 seater helicopter lessons you can even bring a friend along for the ride!

Helicopter flying lessons begin with a briefing from your qualified instructor on the effects of each of the controls and how a helicopter flies.

Shortly after take off you will then have the chance to take the controls and actually fly the aircraft over the area of your chosen location. Then it's back to the airfield to test your low level flying skills including attempting to hover the helicopter 30 feet above the ground.

Trial helicopter flying lessons provide an insight into the unique thrill of helicopter flight and at the end of the lesson you will receive a certificate signed by your instructor.

Q. I don't have to decide at booking what day the activity will take place, do I? How much notice is required when you have your voucher and would like to book the days activity?

A. You do not choose your date or location at the time of purchase, this will all be arranged once you receive your voucher through the post. They like you to give between 2 and 4 weeks notice to book your date to reduce the risk of disappointment.
