Flying a helicopter is something that most people only dream of doing or have just watched on the television, however, with the help of an amazing experience day, you can actually make this dream a reality and get behind the controls of one of these amazing machines for a day of adrenaline filled fun.
The Helicopter Lessons (20 mins) Experience gives you the chance to actually take the controls of a real helicopter without having to have any prior flying experience. You will be accompanied by a qualified instructor for the entire time and only given the controls when you feel completely comfortable. You will learn how to perform a number of unbelievable manoeuvres including climbs, turns, take-offs and descents. By the end of the day you will start to feel like a real helicopter pilot.
Upon arrival at the helipad, you will be given a full safety briefing to guarantee your safety throughout the day and ensure that you get the maximum amount of enjoyment out of your 20-minute flight. Then you and your instructor will take to the skies for a flying experience that you will not be able to forget in a hurry.

"Awesome!" I would recommend this to anyone who loves flying - it was even better than my expectations, which were pretty high. You get to actually take control of the helicopter and you're taught how to do some amazing maneuvers. You go up in the helicopter with your teacher / pilot and they explain exactly how everything works. The great thing is they let you decide when you feel ready to take over the controls, so there's no pressure. Being in a helicopter is amazing in itself but to fly one is the stuff of dreams!
