Treat your team/clients to a meeting that they won't forget for a long time. Not only will the meeting be held in a quaint room in Nottingham, you will also have the choice of activities to throw into the mix.
Inject a bit of fun to your company meetings, forget about the office for the day and head to Nottingham for a mixture of meetings and fun.
You will have full day use (9 am - 4 pm) of the on site meeting room which can be changed to either a board room style or theatre style depending on your numbers. You will also be provided with pens and pads, a flip chart, bottles of mineral water, a buffet lunch and 3 servings of tea, coffee and biscuits.
The meeting room is informal and in the style of a cabin due to the surroundings, if you would like more info on this then photos can be sent.
These packages and the meeting room are available for use 6 days a week from Tuesday to Sunday. Off site events are also available subject to availability.
Whatever package you choose, all participants will be asked to dress appropriately for outdoor activities, so warm, casual clothing is recommended.
Optional extras are also available for all packages, these include, accommodation at a local 4* hotel, a day delegate rate at a local 4* hotel and extra on site activities, all are subject to availability.
All of the listed prices are per head and include VAT.
Meet and Treat Package Three - £75
If the thought of another boring company meeting is weighing you down, then why not spice it up a bit? This package will allow you to have your meeting and then enjoy a game of laser tag afterwards. This will certainly help release all the tensions company meetings can cause.
- As well as full day use of the meeting facilities you will also enjoy a session of Laser Tag.
- Lasting 2 hours you will take part in this fast paced, exciting game.
- Hunting for the opposition through Sherwood Forest you will use state of the art laser beams to catch each other.
- Every player will have multiple lives so don't worry if you get caught straight away!
- All ammunition is included in the package.
- The minimum group size is 20.
- The meeting room can hold a maximum of 20 guests in a board room style and a maximum of 30 guests in a theatre style.
- Minimum age - 8 years.

Meet and Treat Package Two - £105
Why not take your company meeting outside the office for once? Join us in Nottinghamshire for a 2 hour falconry experience where we've also got all the facilities you'll need to have a very successful meeting.
- This package includes the 2 following experiences:
- Hawk Walk - Spend an hour walking with your group learning how to call a bird to the fist and following them as you send them off.
- Falconry Experience - A 2 hour session learning about these wonderful birds. You will handle and fly them under expert guidance.
- The minimum group size is 10 and the maximum is 12 people.
- These experiences are weather dependent, if cancelled due to bad weather then another date will be arranged for you.

Meet and Treat Package One - £110
If the work meetings have become a bit dull then why not liven them up with this fun day out in Nottinghamshire. Choose three activities to enjoy and then use our well equipt onsite area for your meeting.
- Choose 3 of the following activities and combine them with your meeting:
- Assault Course - Swing, climb and jump your way around this challenging course.
- Sumo - Suit up in your over-large sumo suits and wrestle your opponent, a brilliant chance to take your boss down!
- Archery - What better experience to do in Nottingham, Robin Hood eat your heart out!
- Blindfold Driving - Put your faith in your team mate as you drive blindfolded around an obstacle course.
- This will last around 3 hours.
- Minimum group size is 10 and maximum is 30 if the meeting room is laid out theatre style, 20 if laid out board room style.
- Min age - 16 years.
- No driving licence is required but the ability to drive is essential.
