Choosing from a selection of available activities, this half day will be tailored to meet your needs - we promise to make it as challenging and action packed as possible!
These team experiences are brilliant for bringing together a group of people for a day to remember. If you're looking to really challenge your team and bring out their competitiveness then these choice of days offer the perfect balance of fun, competition and entertainment.
There is a meeting room on site and so if the package you choose does not include the use of this, but you think it's something you'll need, then please let us know and we can arrange this for you.
The room can be changed to a board room or theatre format depending on the numbers you have. The boardroom style can seat 17-20 people and the theatre style can take 80 people.
For each package you will have the choice of activities from the following list:
- Quad Bike Trekking
- Reverse Steer Crazy Jeep
- Honda Pilot Racing Buggies
- Target Shooting - Air Rifles / Pistols
- Off Road Go Karting
- 4x4 Wheel Blind Drive
- Archery (min of 15 people required)
- Laser Clay Shooting (available summer only. Traditional clays run from October - February, subject to availability).
The welcome meeting at the beginning of each day will include refreshments such as tea, coffee and orange juice and danish pastries will also be served (bacon butties for the Grand Prix day).
For the full day sessions you can expect a 2 course, hot lunch and if you're lucky enough for the sun to be shining then the BBQ will be put to good use. If your numbers are below 10 then you will enjoy a pub lunch. There is also a licensed bar on site ready for your team to enjoy after your activities are over.
All prices are per head and are inclusive of VAT.
Action Special - £92

Your itinerary will go something like this (guide only):
- 9:30 am or 13:30 pm - Arrive and register.
- 9:45 am or 13:45 pm - Meet your instructors and listen to a safety briefing.
- 10:00 am or 14:00 pm - Begin your activities.
- 11:00 am or 15:00 pm - Refreshment break.
- 11:15 am or 15:15 pm - Activities re-start.
- 12:15 pm or 16:15 pm - Return to clubhouse for prize giving, tea and biscuits.
- The minimum group size is 8, there is no maximum number.
- The price is per person and will vary depending on the number of activities chosen. For 2 activities the price is £92 and for 3 activities the price is £115, both prices include VAT.

Meet and Move Day - £145
Join us at our 50 acre Oxfordshire site where we have all the facilities you will need to hold a mornings meeting. Once all the formal stuff is out of the way, it'll then be time to let your hair down for an action filled afternoon!
This day includes a choice of 2 of the listed activities.
Possible Itinerary for your day (guide only):
- 9:00 am - Arrive and register.
- 9:30 am - Morning meeting held, board room style, in a converted barn.
- 11:00 am - Break for coffee and biscuits.
- 11:15 am - Meeting re-starts.
- 12:30 pm - 2 course lunch served.
- 13:30 pm - Split into groups and start activities.
- 13:45 pm - 1st Activity commences.
- 14:45 pm - Stop for refreshments.
- 15:00 pm - 2nd activity begins.
- 16:00 pm - Return to clubhouse for afternoon tea, biscuits and prize giving.
The meeting room is a converted barn which can be converted to either a board room style or theatre style.
The room comes with:
- OHP and screen (LCD not included), white board/flip chart and pens, conference pads and pens, cordials, mineral water and mints, full catering, telephone, internet connections, fax and photocopying service available.
- The minimum group size is 8 and there is no maximum.

Grand Prix Full Day - £180
This full day, action packed experience will give you the choice of four different activities to take part in, the list includes race buggies, laser clay shooting, reverse steering and archery.
Enjoy 4 activities of your choice.
Below is a suggested itinerary for the day:
- 10:00 am - Arrive, register and enjoy bacon rolls.
- 10:20 am - Meet the instructors and listen to a safety briefing.
- 10:30 am - The activities begin.
- 11:30 am - Enjoy a break.
- 11:45 am - Start your 2nd activity.
- 12:45 pm - Lunch is served.
- 13:45 pm - Re-start activities.
- 14:45 pm - Afternoon break.
- 15:00 pm - Start your 4th activity.
- 16:00 pm - Return back to clubhouse for the prize giving.
- The lunch served will be a 2 course hot meal or a BBQ. There is also a licensed bar on site.
- The overall group winner will receive a trophy and the overall winning team will receive a magnum of champagne.
- The minimum number is 10 people.

The Kielder Day - £230
Set on a 50 acre site this experience includes half a day of rally driving in an Escort RS2000 and then the chance to take part in two other activities of your choice. If you have a group of 15 friends or work colleagues and you're looking to go a little bit crazy, then you should definitely take a look at what this day has to offer.
This is a full day event which is split into 2 sections. During one half you will enjoy a half day rally session, driving an Escort RS2000 on a gravel stage.
During the other half of the day you will take part in 2 activities of your choice.
Your suggested itinerary is below:
- 9:30 am - Arrive and register.
- 9:45 am - Meet instructors and split into teams.
- 10:00 am - Activities begin.
- Team One – Rallying
- Team Two – 2 activities
- 12:30 pm - Lunch break.
- 13:45 pm - Teams swap over activities.
- 16:00 pm - Return to clubhouse for prize giving.
- The minimum number needed is 6 people and the maximum is 24.
