Fly through the skies above the Surrey landscape with a full day gliding lesson.
Flying over the countryside with nothing more than the wind and the sky is a priceless experience, even more so when you have the chance to do it over and over again as you won’t just have one flight in the glider, you will have eight of them!
You will be winch launched eight times in the air for a flight of up to 20 minutes. This means you will be gliding for about an hour and a half in total, which will give you plenty of time to enjoy the view from your 1500ft high observation point.
This experience wouldn’t be called a ‘course’ if there wasn’t some sort of lesson or training involved. So apart from watching the beautiful landscapes and listening to the soothing wind, you will have the opportunity to learn how to turn and manoeuvre the glider all by yourself.
Of course, you will be accompanied by your instructor and will have those eight flights to really build your confidence. This unforgettable gliding experience doesn’t end after the lessons, though, as you will be offered a 90-day membership of the club, so if you want to come back and learn more, you can do so at very special rates.

"What a ride!" This was definitely one of the best days of my life. To fly a glider once would be incredible but to have the opportunity of doing eight separate flights was unreal! It also enabled me to get my confidence sky high (no pun intended) so I could relax and enjoy the flight, rather than worrying about what I had to do when and where. Looking over Surrey was a beautiful thing and to have no noise made it that bit more special. I can't thank my instructor and co-pilot enough, he was so accommodating and a great teacher.
